What's On the CD-Rom:
Your CD contains all of the example files created or referenced in
this book. The CD contains five main directories, and some directories
are further divided into subdirectories. Most of the directories or
subdirectories contain installation files with a .EXE file extension.
You can simply display the directories and files using Windows Explorer
and then double click on any .EXE file to launch the install program
for the file that you want to copy to your hard drive. Each installation
file asks you where you want to put the file and some set up a Start
menu shortcut for you.
