接下来，讨论一下什么时候要在ISA上安装杀毒软件？其实说得严格一点，是什么时候需要在ISA上安装“网关防杀毒”软件。ISA不需要本机杀毒软件，因为ISA本机默认已经经过了强化，你是不可能轻松的访问到ISA本机的，即使能访问到，ISA也是不执行你发过来的任何程序的。除非你自杀性的允许这样做。ISA需要的是网关级别的防杀毒软件。有了Microsoft认证的ISA兼容网关杀毒软件，ISA就不再只是防火墙了，而是防火加防毒墙，这也是ISA优秀的扩展性的体现。
